Four pillars.One loop.
People contribute what they have. Community teams turn that into projects with named owners. Projects deliver impact we publish. The result builds the next cycle.
- 01 Stay बसौं Reasons and means to build a life here. Work with dignity, a community that knows your name, a neighbourhood worth paying rent in.
- 02 Save बचाऔं Keep value circulating locally. Buy local, fund local, hire local, and document what we have before it disappears.
- 03 Speak बोलौं Languages, stories and identity as living assets. A language that is not typed, searched and taught is being lost.
- 04 Build बनाऔं Markets, directories, training and open tools. Each small enough to run properly, each measured before it scales.
The working loop
- 01 People Members and volunteers onboard by declaring a contribution: time, skills, funding, networks, business access, equipment, content or mentorship.
- 02 Community Contributions are matched into chapters and project teams. Every commitment gets a named owner and a deadline.
- 03 Projects Small, measurable, repeatable. Start with a Kathmandu pilot, prove it, then replicate district by district.
- 04 Impact Vendors served, attendees, sales generated, volunteer hours, participant feedback. Recorded per project and summarised publicly.

Founding phase
Join us andbe part ofthe change.
We are a founding initiative. Everything we publish about ourselves is a target until it is a measured result. That is the only way we will run it.
Frequentlyasked.
An independent, non-political, non-religious community organisation working to make Nepal a place where people can build a future.
No. Non-political and non-religious by policy, and those policies bind staff, volunteers and the board.
Anyone who wants to build community and opportunity at home. You contribute what you can and vote once registration completes.
One thing, in a crisis: a flood relief collection in Kathmandu in August 2026. Our first planned public event, the Heart-to-Heart Market pilot, has not run yet. Results go on the events page, not into a press release.
