Not yet. We are completing registration as a non-profit social organisation under the Association Registration Act, 2034. Until the certificate is issued, SNS operates as an unregistered founding initiative.
Once registered, the General Assembly of voting members is the supreme body and elects a nine-person Executive Committee for three-year terms. The draft constitution is being finalised now.
Ask for the constitution, the registration certificate and the social audit when they exist. If we do not have something you have asked for, we will say so rather than point you somewhere else.
