SNS works as a repeatable loop. People join and contribute what they have, the community forms project teams, projects deliver measurable local impact, and results are published to build trust for the next cycle.
How we work
The loop
- 01 People Members and volunteers onboard by declaring a contribution: time, skills, funding, networks, business access, equipment, content or mentorship.
- 02 Community Contributions are matched into chapters and project teams. Every commitment gets a named owner and a deadline.
- 03 Projects Small, measurable, repeatable. Start with a Kathmandu pilot, prove it, then replicate district by district.
- 04 Impact Vendors served, attendees, sales generated, volunteer hours, participant feedback. Recorded per project and summarised publicly.
Safeguards we hold ourselves to
- No announcement without a delivery plan and an owner.
- Targets are labelled as targets. Only audited results are stated as achievements.
- A public social audit each year.
- Published policies for finance, procurement, safeguarding and privacy, adopted before we fundraise at scale.
