- Info
Heart-to-Heart is SNS's first flagship project: a one-day community market in Kathmandu where 20 to 30 local businesses, producers and creators sell directly to the public. It is how we prove that local trade can be vibrant, visible and profitable.

Heart-to-HeartMarket
What happens there
- Stalls for producers and food businesses
- Handicrafts and art
- Young brands
- Live cultural performances
- A "meet the maker" corner
- A community vote for the people's choice stall
Why it matters
Every rupee spent at the market stays in a neighbour's pocket. The market is our proof of concept. If we can move real money to real local vendors, we can repeat it district by district. If we cannot, we will publish why.
Status and roadmap
Pilot planning. Venue shortlist in progress, date and budget being set by the project lead. A monthly cycle only after the pilot has been evaluated. Join the movement and you will hear when the date is set.
How we will measure success
- Vendors committed and vendors who actually traded
- Attendance across the day
- Vendor sales and leads, recorded with consent
- Participant feedback from vendors and visitors
- Whether vendors want to come back
