What we collect

• When you use a form: your name, email address, district, and whatever you choose to tell us in the message field.
• When you volunteer: your age band, skills, and guardian consent if you are 16 or 17.
• When you list a business: the business name, district, category, contact details and description you provide.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to run a programme you have asked to help with, and to contact you about SNS. Nothing else. We do not use your details for third-party marketing. When you send a form, we email you one confirmation from noreply@swadeshnaiswarga.com. Form submissions go straight to our inbox and are not stored on the website.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for two years. Volunteer and member records are kept while you are active and for two years afterwards, so we can give you a reference.

What you can ask us to do

• Tell you what we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your record, unless we are legally required to keep it
• Withdraw you from the founding-phase supporter list at any time

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we will say so here before we add it, not after.
