Founding-phaseFAQ
What is a founding-phase supporter?
It means you are early. SNS was formed recently and is still completing its legal registration under the Association Registration Act, 2034. A founding-phase supporter is someone who is willing to help us finish setting up, and who wants to hear what we are doing, before there is a track record to be impressed by.
What am I committing to?
Only your attention and permission to contact you about SNS. There is no membership fee, no minimum, and no obligation to give time or money. If we ever ask for something, we will say what it is for and what you get, and you can say no without consequence.
Are you asking for money?
Not at this stage, and we want to be clear about why. We have no programme results to show a donor yet, and we would rather build something worth funding first. When we do ask for financial support, it will be as a published budget with named line items, and never as a general appeal with no numbers.
What happens to my details?
We collect the minimum needed to contact you and tell you what is happening: your name, an email or phone number, and where you told us you were based. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we will not add you to unrelated lists. Our privacy notice is the full version, written to be read.
How do I hold us accountable?
Ask us for evidence, and treat a vague answer as a failure. Every number we publish carries how it was counted. Our goals page is deliberately full of targets rather than achievements, because we have not earned achievements yet. If you believe we have misrepresented a result, tell us and we will either correct it publicly or explain why we will not.
Why would I join now?
If you would rather help shape something than be sold a finished product, this is the moment when your input changes what gets built. And if you would rather wait until there is a track record, that is a reasonable position, and we would rather you judge us on results later than take a promise now.
